About
This workshop will help writers at any level of experience create a pitch document that is succinct, informative and attention getting.
Pete Crighton worked as a marketing executive for over twenty years in the film and television world and has pitched two books successfully without the help of an agent or intermediary. This lightly interactive workshop will use real world examples from his two pitches to help authors think about their work like a marketer would.
Your book or project does not need to be finished to benefit from attending. The work of creating a good pitch helps creatives think deeply about what their work is about, how to position it in the market and see it to the finish line.
