Toronto born, Tanzanian-Canadian actor, singer/songwriter and creative, Nadia Casandra (she/her) has been making her acting dreams a reality since the age of 10. With a passion for storytelling and a natural talent for performance, Nadia hopes to continue to tell the stories of others and maybe one day, her own. Starting her career on the small screen, Nadia has appeared in a variety of productions, including Ruby and The Well (BYUtv), Creeped Out (Netflix), and Let's Go Luna (TVOKids/PBSKids). In addition to acting, Nadia is also a singer/songwriter, with music available on Spotify and Apple Music (In July – 2020, Don’t Let Me Go – 2023)…with more to come. Currently enrolled in the Acting Conservatory at York University, she’s found a new love for theatre and has recently participated in the Toronto Fringe Festival, in the play titled Levels. Nadia continues to make her mark in various streams of performance and has future plans to create and share her own written works with audiences, young and old, but in the meantime, she is most excited to be joining the Jeremy & Jazzy Live tour team in the role of Jazzy, with plans to entertain children and families across the country.
