Zoey ‘Pricelys’ Roy is a Nehithaw-Dené Métis poet, creative director, educator, researcher and activist from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. She is now based in Kingston, Ontario. Zoey released her debut rap album Made Up in May 2021 and is set to release her first spoken word album in January 2022 under her stage name ‘Pricelys’. Zoey uses poetry as therapy and her work often synthesizes the kaleidoscope of mirrors she sees around her. She is often inspired by the state of affairs amongst Indigenous people – particularly the way Indigenous women interact locally and globally as a result of ongoing violent nation state drama.

Kyle Hernandez is a creatively maladjusted writer and performer. He has toured five major cities in England including a stint at the Round House Theatre. Hernandez holds a BA in Theatre with honours and has since leveraged his training to win the Motif Poetry Slam in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is a two-time first runner up for the National Poetry Slam of Trinidad and Tobago. His published works include Aron, a Radio Drama commissioned by BBC Radio Four. As an actor Kyle has performed on all major stages home to Trinidad, with a lead role in the award-winning feature Grace and Saleem.

LKN is a page-performance-slam-street poet who had shared in more than 1,700 events in 16 countries since September 2017. He has been featured in The World Bazaar Festival 2017, The History Channel History Con 2018, HK New Music Ensemble Festival 2018, World Speech Day 2019 and Poetry Festival Singapore 2020. His work has been in newspapers and magazines, and he has appeared on radio and TV. He is also the brand ambassador of Z Hostel Philippines. LKN's work has been in anthologies in India and the US, as well as in publications in Pakistan and the Philippines. He is set to publish his debut poetry collection later in 2020.

Diksha Bijlani is the winner of India’s first National Youth Poetry Slam, runner-up in Button Poetry’s video contest and featured poet in events such as College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational in Chicago, India’s first Mental Health Festival in Delhi, and India’s first spoken word festival Spoken in Mumbai, among others. She is a Public Policy graduate from Harvard Kennedy School, and currently works in climate change at the World Bank. Diksha’s work touches cultural identities, mental health and women’s general awesomeness—with the belief that our personal stories, and empathy for others’, is the most powerful force in the world.

Yours Truly KK (Kimathi Kaumbutho) is a performance poet, author, speaker and inspirer.  As a young boy, he felt a little different from people around himHe had dreams that were naïve and delusionaland he says that not because they were unattainablebut because people around him made him believe that they were.  Today, he finds much of his work comes from a need to inspire and enlighten the different little boy he once was. Trying to make him feel like his dreams are attainable, and that he doesnt need to look down on himself because of where hes grown up and the grandiosity of his dreams. He does this not only through art, but in everything he does.

Nour Abouzeid is a poet, spoken word artist and creative curator based in Melbourne, Australia. In addition to working with local artists, he has also performed in the UK, Malaysia and the USA. In 2010, he was the Victorian State Champion at the Australian Poetry Slam and in 2018, Nour qualified for the Melbourne Slam Team, the only team representing Australia at the National Poetry Slam in Chicago. Nour enjoys exploring themes around identity, social justice and trying to reconcile the struggles of a diaspora attempting to find their place in a world that does not seem to want them. Luke Reece is an award-winning producer, playwright, poet and educator. Through his work he advocates for engaging and nuanced storytelling that challenges Canadian audiences. Luke is one of Toronto’s most decorated slam poets, becoming the Toronto Poetry Slam (TPS) Grand Champion in 2017, winning the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word as the captain of the TPS and later as the coach. Luke represented Canada at the 2019 World Cup of Poetry Slam in Paris France where he placed 4th. Most recently Luke has been featured performing for Toronto Raptor and NBA Champion Serge Ibaka on his Instagram Talent Show.
