
David Bezmozgis

David Bezmozgis is the author of the story collections, Natasha and Other Stories and Immigrant City, as well as the novels, The Free World and The Betrayers. He has been nominated multiple times for the Scotiabank/Giller Prize and the Governor General’s Literary Awards. He is also a filmmaker, David has written and directed two feature films, Victoria Day and Natasha and he served on the writing staff for the final season of BBC America’s Orphan Black. Born in Riga, Latvia, David lives in Toronto and is the Creative Director of the Humber School for Writers. Appearance supported by Humber College.
