Raise a glass with us by making your own LUCKY cocktail. Our fabulous friends from Famous Last Words have created a bespoke cocktail just for the launch!
1 oz gin .25 oz elderflower liqueur |.25 oz simple syrup, .5 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 2-3 oz sparkling wine.
Directions: Combine gin, elderflower, simple syrup and grapefruit in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briskly for 15-20 seconds and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a thyme sprig. *Simple Syrup recipe: add 1/4 cup sugar to 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir to combine and refrigerate.
