Join bestselling author Marissa Stapley on Tuesday, April 6 at 7pm to celebrate the launch of Lucky with Simon & Schuster Canada. The event will feature an author interview moderated by journalist Elizabeth Renzetti, Tarot card readings, the chance to win signed copies of the book, an incredible prize pack and more!

1 oz gin
.25 oz elderflower liqueur
|.25 oz simple syrup,
.5 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2-3 oz sparkling wine.
Directions: Combine gin, elderflower, simple syrup and grapefruit in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briskly for 15-20 seconds and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a thyme sprig.
*Simple Syrup recipe: add 1/4 cup sugar to 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir to combine and refrigerate.
