Authors Stéfanie Clermont and Wendy Erskine each explore the experience of being young and confused by playing with narrative possibilities. Canadian author Clermont’s The Music Game is a collection of stories that revolve around a group of millennials who have gathered together after their friend commits suicide. Dance Move, Irish author Erskine’s second short story collection, follows a cast of characters as they struggle to gain control of their lives and reminisce about what it was like to be young.
