Zoe Maslow is a Senior Editor at Appetite, the boutique food and lifestyle division of Penguin Random House Canada. She has edited numerous bestselling and award-winning titles for the imprint, working with authors such as television star Mary Berg; IACP Award–winning chef and food writer Bonnie Stern; YouTube superstar Pailin Chongchitnant, of Hot Thai Kitchen fame; and 2022 IACP Award finalist Shahir Massoud.
