Ozoz Sokoh

Ozoz Sokoh is a food explorer, educator, budding curator and Traveler By Plate, for whom “Food Is More Than Eating”. Since 2009, she’s written the Kitchen Butterfly blog, and in 2020, she created Feast Afrique, a platform celebrating West African Culinary and Culture knowledge.

She is a professor of Food & Tourism Studies at Centennial College. She makes her home in Mississauga, land of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.

Her first cookbook will be published by Artisan Books (Workman Publishing, World) and Appetite by Penguin Random House (Canada), Narrative landscape (West Africa) in the Spring of 2025.
