Mary Ito is a Canadian broadcast journalist who has worked in radio and television. She’s currently the host of two podcasts: The CRAM Podcast which highlights innovative research and big ideas in Canada; and the literary podcast Passage to Wonderland which features excerpts from books that offer a sense of completion. Mary is also a familiar voice on CBC Radio and the former host of the CBC weekend morning show Fresh Air. Future projects include A Writing Life – an interview with author Ann Shin on Oct. 25, and Kimiko’s Pearl, a multidisciplinary production to be staged in 2024.
