With a passion for facilitating diverse and accessible collections, programs and partnerships, Lisa Radha Weaver (she/her) has spent the last 23 years working in school and public libraries. The core of her work is creating opportunities for civic and social engagement in the community she serves to build capacity and create meaningful change. A focus on equity of access to resources and spaces drives her current work as the Director of Collections and Program Development at Hamilton Public Library. Lisa believes a resilient recovery lead by community partnerships will help us all build back a more inclusive foundation of services and resources for library members.
