A settler from Vancouver, Erin Soros writes fiction, nonfiction, poetry and hybrid scholarly prose. Her stories have won the CBC Literary Award and the Commonwealth Award. An essay in the Fiddlehead was a finalist for a National Magazine Award. Her poetry received the Malahat Review’s Long Poem Prize, was a finalist for the CBC Literary Award and is in Best Canadian Poetry. She is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Cornell University where she researches trauma-induced psychosis.
