Celeste Bilbao-Joseph

Celeste Bilbao-Joseph is a freelance Spanish Interpreter who works for multiple Interpreting Agencies in the GTA. She has been interpreting in medical, legal and community settings in Toronto for over a decade, performing consecutive, simultaneous and conference interpreting in multiple settings. Celeste specializes in Legal Interpretation and works for the Ministry of the Attorney General interpreting in many courthouses of Ontario. She also has a master’s in clinical psychology in her home country, Argentina, and has been a Mental Health Clinician for over 15 years in Canada, serving migrants and refugees from 22 Spanish-speaking countries. Her area of expertise is the intersection between migration, language, social justice and mental health.
