Daniel Hahn is a writer, editor and translator. Recent books include If This Be Magic: The Unlikely Art of Shakespeare in Translation, and translations of fiction from Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Guatemala. He is currently co-editing (with Padma Viswanathan) The Penguin Book of Brazilian Short Stories and translating an Angolan novel and a French children’s classic.
