David Shribman, executive editor emeritus of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, he writes a syndicated column in the United States and a separate column on for the Globe and Mail; has taught American politics at the Max Bell School of Public Policy at Montreal’s McGill University for the past five years; and is scholar in residence at Carnegie Mellon University. A citizen of both Canada and the US, he was assistant managing editor, columnist and Washington bureau chief of The Boston Globe, where he was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for coverage of the American political scene. He led the coverage of the Tree of Life synagogue tragedy that won a Pulitzer Prize.
