Jakub Żulczyk is a writer, columnist and screenwriter from Poland’s Mazurian Lake District who now lives and works in Warsaw. He was the recipient of the Villa Dedecius scholarship and went on to win the international Young Euro Contest for essayists. His novels include Harm Me in Some Way, Radio Armageddon, The Institute and Blinded by the Lights, which has been made into a TV series by HBO Europe. Żulczyk has also written for weekly and monthly magazines, and is the creator and screenwriter of the TV series The Teach and The Teach 2 on Canal+ Poland. This author is supported by the Polish Book Institute and the Consulate General of Poland in Toronto.
