Catriona Crowe is Head of Special Projects at the National Archives of Ireland. She is an Editor of Documents on Irish Foreign Policy, which published its ninth volume, covering the period 1948 – 51, in November 2014. She is editor of Dublin 1911, published by the Royal Irish Academy in late 2011. She contributes regularly to the broadcast and print media on cultural and historical matters. She presented Ireland before the Rising, a TV documentary dealing with Irish social history in the years leading up to 1916, on RTE in February 2016. She is a member of the Royal Irish Academy.
