Anthony Horowitz is one of the UK’s most prolific and successful writers. He has written over 50 books and is responsible for creating and writing some of the most beloved and successful television series, including Midsomer Murders and Foyle’s War. He has continued the careers of two legendary detectives, Sherlock Holmes and Ian Fleming with the third in his Bond series, With a Mind to Kill, recently published. Anthony’s award-winning novel Magpie Murders was published to critical acclaim and serialised on PBS this year. The sequel, Moonflower Murders, will begin filming in 2023.

His new series features Detective Hawthorne and a sidekick called Anthony Horowitz. The fourth, The Twist of a Knife, sees Hawthorne and Horowitz going their separate ways but when Horowitz is imprisoned for the death of a theatre critic who savaged his new play, whom can he turn to for help to solve the murder?
