Rafał Czech is chief publishing officer of non-fiction literature department in “Otwarte” Publishing House from Cracow in Poland. Head of reportorial on-fiction imprint "Szczeliny": (in translation "Gaps"), where he publishes books which in the best possible way explain complexities of the modern world by the voice of polish and foreign experts.

Alexandra Heimann has worked at Bettina Schrewe Literary Scouting since 2021. Previously, she worked at Mary Anne Thompson Associates and ICM Partners, and interned at Writers House.

Hannah Chukwu is a multi-award-winning Editorial Director at Dialogue Books, where she leads the literary team publishing across fiction, non-fiction, poetry and classics, with a focus on publishing underrepresented voices. Authors she publishes include bell hooks, Bora Chung and Yoko Tawada.

In 2001, following a master’s degree in German and Russian literature and film studies, Marion Wichmann joined Ullstein in 2001 as a trainee in the paperback fiction department. She still loves acquiring commercial fiction, crime and fantasy from German and international authors, but her focus has shifted to upmarket and reading group fiction.
