TIFA Kids is delighted to welcome back celebrated and award-winning YA author David Levithan, with his new novel Answers in the Pages, a story about standing up for what is right. When Donovan leaves his new favourite book on the kitchen counter, his mother reads it and tries to ban the book from his school. It becomes a battle between students and parents, all because the book’s main characters might be gay. Fellow author David A. Robertson joins Levithan to talk about this timely novel and the current struggle of books being banned from schools. Recommended for ages 12 and up.
