Four teams composed of emerging writers from various creative writing programs in Toronto will compete by improvising stories on stage. The audience will lead them with story starters and scenarios!

Join us and CBC’s Gill Deacon for a night of on-the-spot creativity and storytelling like never before!

Each team will be judged by a panel of writers and the winning team will receive a cash prize. Our judges include Danila Botha, Joseph Kertes and Shari Lapena.

The winning work will  be published online in NOW Toronto!

  • Gill Deacon

    Gill Deacon is an award-winning broadcaster and bestselling author.
